Create New Purchase

Workspace route: /customer/billing/newPurchase (under your clinic’s /admin address).

Entry: Customer > Billing > New Purchase

Workspace: Staff, Admin. Available actions depend on your permissions and enabled features.

Purpose

Create a new order or purchase record for a customer.

Common actions

  • Select treatments or items
  • Enter payment details
  • Submit the order

Notes

  • Confirm the customer, items, quantities, payment methods, and final total before completing checkout.
  • For questions about amounts, refunds, points, package redemption, permissions, or audit history, continue with Rules & FAQ.
