Entry: Customers > Select a customer > Billing > Redemption History

Workspace: Staff, Admin. Available actions depend on your permissions and enabled features.

Review redemption history for treatments, packages, or benefits.

• Filter redemption details

Notes

• Use the customer and transaction details to identify the sessions or package credits used. Check refund records separately.
