Entry: Login > Forgot Password

Workspace: Staff, Admin. Available actions depend on your permissions and enabled features.

Purpose

Request a password reset email for an existing account.

Common actions

• Enter an email address
• Submit the reset request
• Review the email instructions

Notes

• If the email exists, the system sends reset instructions.
• Check your inbox and spam folder before requesting another reset email.
